Should I hire a guide? If this is
your first trip to Kabetogama or if you have
been here before, and you wish to increase
your chance for a successful fishing trip, a
day on the water with our guide is a very
good idea. He has experience fishing the
lake and knows where, when and why to fish
different areas of the lakes and what
techniques will most likely work the best
for the time of the year of your visit.
After a day of fishing and learning, use the
knowledge gained to help you have better
success and a more enjoyable fishing trip.

Travis Carlson, our guide, is
licensed by the Coast Guard and the National
Park Service. Your trip will be in his 21’
Lund Baron boat. Call for prices and
